FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Full Service Design encapsulates the entire project from initial design concept straight through to final installation of furnishings, art and accessories. In other words; our team handles design and design documentation, creating of all schedules and specification documents, management of the project and various teams, trade oversight, budget oversight (live tracking and reconciliation), procurement (ordering everything for your project, tracking it, shipping it, quality assuring it, dealing with returns), installation of all fixtures, finishes and electrical elements, installation of millwork (cabinets, built-ins), lighting, furniture, art and accessories and then “delivery to client” where we hand over the finished project to you, the client.
This package is for those who want a concierge level of service, with minimal on-site responsibilities, and the assurance that your project is on time, on budget and delivered as designed. Aimed primarily at renovations, remodels, additions and new builds, this package can also be geared toward design and decorating projects where there is minimal to no construction. Step 1
DISCOVERY CALL
Every project begins with a free discovery phone call so that we can discuss project goals, parameters and budget. It’s an opportunity to get acquainted, ask each other questions and gain more insight about the project and what working together looks like.
Step 2
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Design Consultations are in-person meetings that occur at your home. It’s an opportunity to ask all the questions you have about your project and get on the spot answers and design direction. Consults are a minimum of two hours and are a paid service.

Designer By Your Side is a partnership between you and one of our amazing designers who will work alongside you in creating the space of your design dreams. With set hours (that you can renew endlessly), you will be able to make efficient and well considered decisions, building and curating the design as you go, with someone just as invested as you are in making it magical. We can come along with you to decor stores, tile warehouses, help pick a slab for counters, select a rug, sofa, table or pick the winning wallpaper or paint colour from the many samples you’ve already collected. Having a designer at your side can reduce the overwhelm and provide assurance that you are making the right decision that might otherwise be a costly, timely or inefficient mistake. Consider this route if you are someone who knows what they want but are unsure of how to make it happen, or are someone who knows what they don’t like and needs help defining what they love. This package is intended to assist you on YOUR design journey. We are at your service!
What you’ll get:
An in-person design consultation. This meeting is for ideation, planning and inquiry
We will take photos and create an inventory list of items we are keeping in the future design scheme
A Plan of Execution: defining what you need, where we go to find it, how we make it happen
A Cost Estimate: an estimate of how much your design vision will cost including all variables
Time: A designer’s undivided attention and consideration on all the decision-making, selecting and shopping necessary for the project
What you’ll need to provide:
Some of your own ideas for the space in the form of: pins boards, cut outs, sketches, photos, favorite colours or some expression of what you are after
An idea of what you want to financially invest toward this project
A measured plan of the space is necessary when shopping for furnishings. If you do not already have that, we can certainly measure the room before we start.
Note: Designer By Your Side is not for you if you need drawings, plans, schedules, procurement, installation, project oversight or construction of any kind.
